ARBELA, Mo. -- Sandra "Sandi" Remley, 69, of Arbela, died June 22, 2015, at her home under hospice care. Cremation rites were accorded. Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, July 12, at the Payne Funeral Chapel, Memphis.
