So very sad to hear of Sandy´s passing. The Russells were our neighbors when we all lived on Miramar Blvd. We were the Russell kids first babysitters. When I think of Sandy, she was always with a smile on her face. Rod Russell was a lucky man the day he married Sandra Smith! Rest in the loving arms of Jesus, Sandy.
