Dr. Sandra Lee Schaefer M.D.

Sandy and I were close friends at UCSB - we skied together often and we travelled to Europe together between our graduation there and medical schools - UCLA for me, USC for Sands. We stayed in touch at first but then life gets in the way and the last time I saw her was at one of her epic parties in SB -probably about 15 years ago. I will always remember her unique spirit and individuality and her wonderful, easy laugh. Rest in peace, dear Sandy.

I am truly sad to hear this, Dr. Schaefer was a good friend to me, we worked together at DRMC and at KVSP, she will be missed. My Condolences to the family. She was such a good person.
