It can be so hard to face the first year without your loved one, but the love of family and friends can carry you through.

I am so shocked and saddened to hear of Sandy's passing. She was the picture of "get up and go". There were only a few of us Sandy's at Hayward High School and I just always enjoyed my classes with her as well as being on the Hayward pom squad together. My sincere condolences to her family.

Sandy you were always a bright spot in everyone's day with that contagious smile of yours. I'm trying hard to take your advice not to cry (not working at the moment)but smile because you were here...that part is no problem. You had an ageless beauty that we all admired and looked younger than your years. I wish we could have had a chance to connect more the last few years but life happens along the way and we both were busy living ours. I will honor you by living my life to the fullest each...
