Sandra S. Skaggs

Sandra was born on January 26, 1937 and passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018. Sandra was a resident of Franklin, Illinois at the time of passing. She was a member of the St. Kateri Catholic Church in Ridgway Sandra is survived by her son Frank P. (Pam) Skaggs, IV of Franklin, TN and a daughter, Rebecca (Edwards) Drone of Edwardsburg, MI. 6 grandchildren, Frank, Lynnetta, Dustin, Crystie, Meagan and Joshua, and 9 Great Grandchildren.. She is also preceded by a sister, Carol Ann (Pete) Hayes of Ohio and her step father, James Scott Visitation for Sandra will be on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at the Cox & Son Funeral Home in Ridgway from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will be on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 10:00 AM, at the St. Kateri Catholic Church in Ridgway with Father Steven Beatty celebrating mass.
