I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with your mom (grandmother) in Community Development at the City of Flint. Sandy was an unforgettable person who always let you know what she was thinking.
I last saw Sandy in July at a retirement party for another former city employee. Sandy found me and called me to tell me about the celebration. I'm so glad to have had the chance to see her and talk to her there.
