Not sure what to say?

So saddened to just learn of Sandy's passing. The memories flood back of our longtime friendship. From walking together for our first day of school, our little talent show skits in H.S.,Sandy and Ken's Marriage and on and on I could go. We didn't stay in constant contact but every now and then we'd meet when I visited Hbg.or talk on the phone. She was a dear friend and I miss just knowing she would be there if I called. Condolences to Ken and the rest of her dear family. Barbara...

I was saddened tonight when I was told Mrs. Stoner passed away. She was a neighborhood mom to me since I went over to their house a lot to play basketball, football, and wiffleball with her sons Dave and Dan. She was a wonderful lady and always gave a kind word of encouragement. She will be dearly missed by many people.

I was saddened to hear of Sandy's passing today! Sandy subbed for me when I taught in the elementary building in Derry Township. She was always fun to be around. She will be missed. Prayers to her family. Find happiness and peace in your memories.

When I met Sandy over 15 years ago as a new staff member at the Hershey Free Church working with the volunteers for the Hershey Free Press, she was one of the most genuinely funny, friendly and helpful Christ-like people I have ever been blessed to know. Over the years everytime I saw her she showed true interest in my life and always brought a smile and laughter to our conversations. I know she will be missed much but there's no doubt in my mind she is with Jesus smiling and praising God...

Dear Family,
For a number of years I did Conversations with Judy at Lebanon Valley Brethren Home. When I felt I had to give it up, I prayed for someone to take over for me. Sandy stepped up and it was an answer to prayer as the ladies at the home enjoy the program so much and it is a blessing to them. Sandy saved the day and kept the program going. I did not know Sandy very well but was so grateful she took over. May you be comforted by family, friends and Jesus Christ. Treasure the...

Dear Ken & family:
I met so many wonderful people while working at the front desk (and attending) at Hershey Free Church and Sandy was certainly one of them. She was a great volunteer as she used her communication skills when handling phone calls. We bonded when our boys played softball on the church softball team. We shared our joy for our grandchildren. Yes, she will surely be missed. Sylvia Houser

With deepest sympathy to Sandy's family from the Central Dauphin High School Alumni Association.
