Not sure what to say?

Sassawa, I know you will not read this, but my heart is full knowing that you welcomed your Mother to her heavenly home and now she is with the love of her life Papaw once again. You are missed everyday and how I would give the world just to rub your arm as I used to do and get some patience, love and understanding! I hope this day brings you great joy. I miss you always!

Remembering many fond memories with you, Sandra, and very happy to hear that your son Thomas has a new baby boy. This is very good news!

Thinking of you always, especially at the occasion of the birth of your beautiful grandson. How very sad you two will not have the chance to experience this life together. May he know your kindness, your love and your spirit. May you Rest In Peace.

I sang with Sandra in the Southwestern Singers. As a new transfer student she was one of the first people in the choir to welcome me, and was always the life of the party. So sorry to hear about her passing (in the fall Rhodes magazine).

I am so sad to hear this news. I went to elementary and high school with the Thorington children. Sandra was always so kind, as was the entire family. I know she will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I'm so very saddened to hear about the loss of Sandra. We had a lovely time together in elementary and high school. Sending lots of love and prayers to her family s d friends and Peanut. Love Karen Wells

I am very sad to hear of Sandra's death. We were friends in college in Southwestern Singers. We were roommates on choir tour to Romania in 1976. We had some fun memories of that tour. I'm also sorry that Sandra lost her son. Requiescat in pace, Sandra.

Thinking of all of The Thoringtons at this difficult time. Sending prayers for peace and Sandra's eternal rest.

Sandra was a wonderful friend who raised 2 terrific sons, the youngest of whom was a very dear friend to our daughter, Rachel. We will miss her optimism and caring, warm personality. This is such a terrible shame. And an even greater loss. Love to your family. May you Rest In Peace.
