Mrs. Sandra Annette Vann, age 37, a resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, died Sunday, April 23, 2006 in the Christus St. Michael Healthcare Center.
She was born September 22, 1968 in Texarkana, Texas to Phillip and Elizabeth Hubbard. She was a homemaker and attended the Falls Chapel Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Vann was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Ann “Skipper” Hubbard in 1986 and a brother, Russell “Rusty” Hubbard in 1987.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Vann; her son, Dustin Hubbard of Maud, Texas; a step-daughter, Cari Vann of Cove, AR; one brother, Holly Hubbard of Texarkana, AR; a sister, Phyllis Hubbard of Texarkana, TX; her father, Phillip Hubbard of Hooks; and three step-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services are pending and will be announced later by Wilkerson Funeral Home.
