My heartfelt condolences to Sandra's sons and all her family. Sandra and I managed interfacing systems in Information Technology at DeCA. I could always count on her expertise and professionalism. My deepest sympathy and prayers to Sandra's family. I will truly miss this wonderful woman. I, too, worked with her for years at Defense Supply Center Richmond. We had great times in and outside of the office and became good friends. She was a generous soul and a fighter for her own rights and dignity as well representing all women and I learned a lot from her example.
