Not sure what to say?

Thank you Dr. Hullett.

Sandral and I were classmates at the Medical College of PA. I always remember that her plan was to return to AL to provide health care to the under-served communities. I had great respect for her. It must be so hard for family and friends to be without her. Fortunately you have many loving memories to warm your hearts even as you grieve.

We were roommates in medical school when we did rotations in Pittsburgh. She always ate dessert first incase there wasn't room after her meal!! LOL I enjoyed her friendship immensely and was so proud of her accomplishments.

I'm so sorry to hear about Sandral. We were classmates at the Medical College of Penna. She was a wonderful person and student. You should be very proud of her. I am proud to have known her.

We worked with Dr. Hullett at West Alabama Clinic in Eutaw. She opened doors for so many and cared for many more. She will always be remembered. Hazel Ellis Patterson/Dr. Marvin West

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

To the Family of Dr. Hullett; Dr. Hullett was a quiet storm advocating always for the less fortunate. Especially the uninsured. In her mind everyone deserved the best medical care. She insisted on it and with dignity! She has earned her rest in the bosom of the Lord. Rest in Peace Dr. Hullett. The McPherson Family. P.S. she will be missed

My deepest condolences to the family! She was very special to me and my family! The best God-mother growing up!
