Sandy was a hugh part of our neighborhood. Always smiling and laughing and being there for anyone. Her talent to do many things and do them very well was outstanding. Sandy when we moved into the neighborhood 51 years ago you were the only one who came to our door with a plate of brownies in your hand and welcomed us.
