Not sure what to say?

Chiming in way late, but a conversation with Sandy around 1989 was a highlight of my career in publishing. As publisher of Prevention magazine with his principal office in New York, Sandy went out of his way to stop by my office in Emmaus and pay a compliment. It was a very gracious gesture.

Dear Pat and family I just learned of Sandys passing and am sending my deepest sympathy to all. I was honored to know Sandy at Rodale and with you.

Pat, I'm so sorry to hear of Sandy's passing, and regretful that I did not know of it until after we had seen each other at the Farmer's Market, missing the chance to offer my condolences in person. Sandy's kindness to so many and contributions to the community will long be remembered.
