Sandy was a college classmate and some of my best memories of the Harvard years are of Sandy's one-liners cracking us up at dinners in the K House dining room. It was great to reconnect with him a few years ago at his book-signing in LA.

I am Sandy's cousin, first cousin to his late mother Sylvia. Although we did not know each other well, I followed his life's progress proudly through stories from family members. His passing is tragic and came much too early. I extend deep sympathy to his lovely family.
