Sanford Lebman Obituary
Lebman, Sanford "Buddy"
98 years old, passed away of natural causes on October 4 at his home surrounded by his family. Buddy leaves a legacy of his family starting with his late wife, Hadassah, of 72 years. His daughter Vicki (Haim) Oren, Grandchildren Dekel (Gali), Benji (Taryn) and Mati Oren. Great-Grandchildren: Yoav, Eyal, Ido, Roni, Tomer, Tamar and Shailee all of Israel. His daughter Ruth (Barry) Long, and grandchildren, Charlie and Zoe, of Vancouver, Canada; And his late son, Samuel Lebman
Buddy was a great businessman, who owned Navy Brand for many years. He was instrumental in the founding of the Mirowitz Jewish Community School. He was a decorated WWII Veteran. He was a great supporter of Israel and his community including Congregation Shaare Emeth.
Buddy was a friend to all who knew him, and he loved his Cardinals!
Services: Visitation Monday, October 9th, 10:15 a.m. at Congregation Shaare Emeth, 11645 Ladue Road at Ballas, followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment. Visit bergermemorialchapel.com for more information.
Donations can be made to either congregation Shaare Emeth, or the Mirowitz Jewish Community School.

It was the pleasure of Extended Hands In Home Care Service to provide care for Mr Buddy. He was a delightful man , and added quality to my life and the staff. I will continue to keep Ruth and Vickie in my prayers. We are also praying for protection for Vickie´s family back in Israel Love, Beryl Browning RN
