Sang Van Le ELIZABETH CITY - Sang Van Le, 77, of the 100 block of Pineshore Road and a native of Vietnam, died Sept. 19, 2008. Family and friends will gather today at 3 p.m. at 259 Shadneck Road, Elizabeth City. Twiford's Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, is in charge.
