Sanjuana “Janie” Hernandez Miller, age 63, of Nappanee, passed away at 2:34 p.m., Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Elkhart General Hospital.  She was born March 15, 1958 in McAllen, TX to Dario and Carmen (Pineda) Hernandez.  She lived her lifetime in Elkhart County.  Sanjuana worked at Holiday Rambler as a Fiberglass Fabricator and was also a Bartender at Barney’s Bar in Elkhart and at Hunters in Elkhart.


She is survived by her children, CJ Miles Miller, Nappanee, Katie Jane (Walter) Meyer, Nappanee; grandchildren, Micah L. Graber, Justynah L. Graber, Angelikah J. Graber, Braylynn Thompson, Violet Patricia Miller, Jeremiah Tipton; former husband, Gary Lee Miller, Nappanee; sisters, Yolanda P. Cruz, Esperanza P. Owens, Juanita H. Moreno, Maria H. Banda, Martha P. Hernandez; brother, Gonzalo P. Hernandez.  She was preceded in death by her brothers, Jamie P. Vasquez, Mauel P. Garza, Ruben Dario P. Hernandez; and a sister, Barbara P. Martinez.


Family and friends may call from 1-4, Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.  Funeral Services will begin at 4:00 pm.
