To The Birdsong Family,
Sally was an amazing Southern lady! She was fun to be around - energetic, curious, brought the best out in everyone, variety of interests, ventured into new areas - a true role model. My sympathies to her dear family, the love of her life.

No one can say enough great things about Sally. I had the privilege of working very closely with her on the Fashion Group board many years ago, and that was a wonderful experience of getting to know her very well. I will always treasure her sharing, caring and mentoring. An incredible lady sure to reap great rewards. Carey Dazet

A gorgeous and talented lady in all regards. I had the fortunate pleasure of working with her in the fashion industry. She was truly as an elegant model and I will always remember her beautiful, loving smile and spirit. I follow in her footsteps by purusing a degree later in life, and will keep her memory and success with me through the process. With fond memories, dear Sally.

What a force! It was impossible to meet Aunt Sally and not be infected with her enthusiasm for life and love of family. I am so thankful to have been able to call Aunt Sally family. I can only hope to have half the passion for life, family, and community that she had. Love and sympathy to Uncle Frank and family.

Sally was an unforgettable woman in a field of fabulous peers. Her presence was always felt whether it was on stage or in a crowded room of admirers. Sally gave each of us that knowing smile and wink as she flowed, seemingly, effortlessly through life. Ah, yes, she knew how to make it look easy. I was particularly impressed that she finished her degree later in life. Here, here Sally. We will all miss you so very much.
