Sara Lou Rorex Devlin, born Jan.17, 1939, passed away on Nov. 22, 2012 after a long battle with heart and kidney disease. She is survived by husband John "Buddy" Devlin,Sr., children Lori, Ray, John, Jr and Cyndy and granddogs Soeurette and Sinjin.
