Not sure what to say?

My heart goes out to you at this sad time, Mary & Dave and to your respective families. I have a special feeling in my heart for Mrs. Donley. I knew her best as my Sunday School Teacher (Service Class)which she taught for many years. She made a very profound influence on my life, for which I will be eternally grateful. You are so blessed to have had such a great and wonderful lady as your mother. Her spirit will continue to live in the many lives that she touched. Sincerely, Patsy Saxon

I am one of the genertaion of chemistry students at Cherokee High who Mrs. Donley taught. Chemistry was one of my favorite subjects and she was one of my favorite teachers. As I went to college I debated whether to major in chemistry or math. I chose math and received a PhD in math. Mrs. Donley was a major influence in my academic career. During the years since high school, I frequently talked with Mrs. Donley at events such as Historical Society meetings. She was always interested in her...

My deepest sympathy to the Family and Friends of Ms. Donley.
She was a very caring and dear teacher.
In Loving Memory

Dave my heart is with you. Your mother raised a wonderful son and you can always take pride in that. I can tell you from my own experience, she will live on in your heart.

Mrs. Donley taught me and I think three of my brothers. She taught us redox equations, and I still use some of the chemistry she taught me 150 years ago.

Her legend will live on. And I look forward to chatting with her again one day.

Our Thoughts and Prayers are with the Donley Family.

I am saddened to learn of Mrs. Donley's death. She taught me chemistry at Cherokee High School in 1962 and I have always retained fond memories of the class. She was an outstanding teacher and person who always took time to listen. I'm sure she will be deeply missed, but I'm also sure she will be long remembered by many. Please accept my sympathy at your loss.
