Miss Eisen was one of the best teachers I ever had. She was also pretty cool and drove a brand new Mustang the very first year they came out. When I reconnected with her about ten years ago I teased her about her driving her Mustang to school even though she only lived two blocks away from the school. We had a good laugh. Miss Eisen was loved and respected and will be missed, but she lives on in the memories of her students and all those whose lives she touched for the better.

A very caring, loving, intelligent person will be missed by so many people. We shared good and sorrowful times over 40 plus years.

Miss Eisen was one of the most inspirational teachers I ever knew and a catalyst in my becoming a teacher. My mother and I kept in touch with her throughout the years and send our deepest condolences to her family, colleagues, friends and former students, who were blessed to have her in their lives.
