Not sure what to say?

I was thinking about you, and decided to look you up. My mom told me that you all used to talk sometime when she was in Birmingham.
My beautiful, charm and modeling school teacher. I learned a lot from you that I've passed on to my daughter.
I'm so sorry for your loss, Raejeana.

Sara Jay Smith, at a time when it was unthinkable, managed to blaze a trail for me and every other young black person, particularly black women in the broadcast industry in Birmingham, Alabama. I will never forget this wonder, graceful, smart Black Woman.

My deepest sympathies to you Raymond and to your family. When we lose a love one especially our mom who has loved us so unconditionally, it leaves a void in the world and your heart but once the pain has lessen that void is filled with the joy and spirit of your loved one for you to carry with you everyday. They say time heals all pain I'm not sure yet....but it has gotten better and the many tears I shedded have become smiles when I think of my mom and the beautiful life she lead. I pray...
