Miss Sara and Captain Ed were placed together by God and spent their entire lives serving God and doing good for others. Miss Sara was like a second mother to me as well as most of the young officers who started their careers at the Columbia Police Department. My family and I spent many enjoyable days with she and Ed.
I know God had a plan for Ed and needed Miss Sara to help them complete the plan.
