Jasper John Mayhew, Branson West, MO, son of Michael and Angela (Hatch) Mayhew, was born on October 06, 2013, in Springfield, MO, and went to be with Jesus on October 02, 2025, at the age of 11.
Jasper was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Don Hatch and Trish Ward and paternal grandparents, John Mayhew and Katy Wilson.
Survivors include: his parents, Michael Mayhew and Angela Mayhew; sister, Siera Paige Grizzell and her husband, Adam and a host of other friends.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in St Andrew Presbyterian Church, Kimberling City, MO. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Larry Mills officiating. Burial will be in Highlandville Cemetery, Highlandville, MO under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home, Kimberling City, MO.

I wasn't in Jasper's life long. But it was a one of a kind joy and experience to have a small role in his world when he'd make me take the remote to find a different episode of Peppa Pig for him to watch.

Jasper has touched the lives of so many, and no doubt knew how much he was loved. To know Jasper, was to know true JOY. He was so sweet and precious. His infectious smile and laughter could brighten any room. He was a true miracle. Jasper will be missed. But knowing he is now in Heaven dancing and singing and splashing around in muddy puddles just like his favorite character, Peppa Pig. Jasper, you will forever hold a special place in my heart.
