To the Serra family
We had the pleasure of knowing you mom she was such a lady, I enjoyed listening about the old stories of Westerly people the one thing I loved was, How upset her mother was that her husband was moving her way out in the country. Who would of thought Franklin St was the country. She was so proud of her family I am sorry for your loss and so glad we got to know Mrs. Serra
