Not sure what to say?

Susan, I can not imagine the pain your family has endured but pray that time is softening the blow somehow. The picture of Sara is a copy of your smile! I know how much you adored your girls. Your family will continue to be in my prayers.

Remembering Sara this past week. Thinking of her all the time. Prayers for her family. I felt her this past week. Not really knowing it was the anniversary on Oct 21. You were such a beautiful young woman inside and out. So glad you were involved in our lives. You accomplished much and now you are with the Lord. Love you sweet Sara. Karen Ruffner

It's hard to believe that you've been gone for an entire year, Sara. You are loved by your beautiful family and friends. Not a day goes by that that I don't think of you. There are reminders of your bright presence everywhere. Love you and miss you, my dear friend. Erin

May your birthday in Heaven be all that you imagined it could be.

Missing you today and always, Sara.

Sara, I miss you every day and find reminders of you wherever I may be. Fly high in Heaven. You are so loved.

My prayers are with dear Sara's family. We hugged and hugged after a lecture in October. I ran over to greet her and I'll always remember that warm embrace and her beautiful smile... the last time I'd ever see her. God rest her soul!

My condolences to Sara's family. I was so saddened to hear this news. Sara's kindness stood out to me in just the first few moments of meeting her. Her warmth was instantaneous, her hospitality above and beyond, her smile infectious, her vegan cooking delicious! I think of a time when she and I walked together one evening through an impressionist art exhibit at the MFAH. Whispering stories to me, her eyes lit up as she gave life to the pieces around us. What an inspiration - she committed to...
