Not sure what to say?

We are truely sorry for the loss of your Mother. We know she will be missed by many.our deepest condolences.

Farewell to my cousin's beloved grandma. She always made me feel so welcome into her family, and I'm so glad that I could welcome her into my own home while she was still able to travel. What a marvelous matriarch.

Dear Cooks all: I shall never forget the first time I met Little Mother, I was not told what to expect, but what a joy. It just before Davie III and Cay were married. Cay had ask me, aa her preacher brother, to do the wedding ceremony. At a family gathering, Little Mother looked me square in the eye and with a twinkle and said, "you will put a little Methodist in your Baptist ceremony won't you." "After all, your doing the ceremony in a Methodist church." What a spirit! What a life...

Mrs. Cooke lived next door to my Grandmother, Christine Webster Martin, and was one of several very beloved neighbors. I always remember her bringing over her famous yeast rolls for holidays. Those were the best rolls I've ever eaten. We enjoyed many summer evenings with the Cooke family sitting out on my Grandmother's patio. I am so blessed to have had Ms. Cooke in my life. May God be wrapping His arms around her and welcoming her to eternal peace. Linda Janknegt Casarez

Growing up in Austin and having the honor to be a part of Little Mothers life in just a small way by just knowing her and the Cooke family through my Brother-in Law David was a joy and source of encouragement and love for my whole family. Her faith and spirit of giving will be with us forever until the day we see her again in Glory. We Love you Little Mother!!

Glenn & Louise: My goodness I had no idea that she was that old! I'm sure your loving care made her last years linger! Sorry I never met her, but what a legacy she is to the Cooke family. Stars will be in your crowns for your faithfulness during her last years. Blessings to all of her descendants.
