Not sure what to say?

Sally lived here at the Tac. Lutheran Home where I'm an employee. I have to say Sally was such a sweetheart, and her love of cats always made me smile. She "adopted" a cat (we found out later that his name was 'Hunter') and desperately wanted to find the cats owner, but in the mean time, she took wonderful care of Hunter until his owner could be found. I think her heart was a little broken when Hunter's owner came to get him. Even though, it was challenging for her to care for him, she wanted...

We will always treasure Sally's gifts of wisdom & friendship. The memory of her life of commitment and caring will guide our lives. Will be at her remembrance on December 5

Sally was a great friend for 56 years. We shared ideas, ideals, trips, dinners and more. We shared books and reviews too. As a young prof at UPS in the 1950's, I often needed help in the library holdings for my students. When UPS couldn't afford my book orders, Sally helped, via the TPL. . We did France, Spain and Mexico together and Sally kept an impeccable journal of our experiences. unforgettable friend.. Jacquie Martin

Barbara: I've thought often of your Mom, who was such a good hostess to your friends when we were at Stadium...her scavenger hunts were the best. I also appreciated knowing her in her capacity as Children's Librarian when I worked as a page at Tacoma Public during high school.
Sorry I missed seeing you at the last reunion Alice W attended. I was in Scotland and she told me later I'd missed seeing you...think I might have postponed Scotland had I known you were coming! Mary (Kain)...
