"Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning"_Psalms 30:5 My earliest memory of Sister Spratt-Dunlap was her returning home in uniform from the Armed Forces. She was beautiful, proud and served with dignity. She was probably one of my inspirations for serving as well. May God's blessings radiate throughout the family. Rest in Peace, my dear.
