I only met and spoke Sarah Elizabeth once in real life and followed her life achievements till the end. What I observed was a uniquely courageous, principled and hard thinking fighter who created a lifetime worth of happiness in her short and original life. She made every remaining minute count.

My prayers go out to Sarah's family during this time of loss. Although I did not know Sarah personally, I know that Sarah was an extraordinary woman who handled life's challenges with grace and dignity. Her courage and her legacy will inspire others to live their fullest lives. Thank you, Sarah, for your light and your love for our community.
