So miss my friend and mentor.Carolyn Flowers

Miss my mentor everyday, may she rest in peace knowing every task she took on was well done.

To Sally, her husband, and her children, as well as Sarah's nieces, nephews and family,
Thank you for sharing Sarah and her wonderful, spunky, guiding and sweet persona with so many of us.

What a lovely service today for wonderful Sarah Belk Gambrell, and what a wonderful woman she was. I was one of the countless women she supported and encouraged; I so appreciated her help when I ran for district court judge back in 1990. And I was delighted when she came to my retirement party in 2007. She made a difference in the lives of so many people. Charlotte is a much better place because of her. My sympathies to Sally and her boys.
