Not sure what to say?

Sarah-la, youve been on my mind, and I am so sad to learn this news. I will always cherish your friendship and think fondly of you. Your family and loved ones will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Your friend from Ohio,
Jade

SG was an incredibly talented creative force, and she is so missed. Keeping her loved ones in my thoughts.

I had the unique pleasure of knowing the talented, driven, and generous SG in my picturebook class. Her academic writing was incisive and socially informed; her creative writing was ambitious, imaginative, and lyrical. She created her own vibrant community at Simmons-Children's Literature. She transformed the way we think about books for young people; she's marked us indelibly. My head spins and my heart swells from having known her.

Please accept our humble gratitude for your thoughts and prayers. Sarah will always be alive through a life of memories. We will see her again.
Re, Bill and Laura Goad

Our entire family has been so saddened to hear of Sara's passing. She was such a bright spot in our lives and we all enjoyed getting to know her and your family while she played Quidditch with Will and Matthew at CofC.
Our hearts will forever be filled with our memories of her and her beautiful smile.

SG was such a bright light, I am heartbroken to hear of her passing. She made a lasting impression on all who met her. I am so very sorry for your loss.
