On September 19, 2008 our beloved daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, cousin, niece and friend left this earth in a tragic airplane accident.
Born April 11, 1977 daughter of Suellen Rinehart Lemmon of La Conner and Richard E. Lemmon and his wife, Winifred of Vermont, sister of Balisa and Jim Koetje and their children Jordan and Jacob, sister of Sammie Lemmon and Tomas Suarez and their children Caitlin and Lucas, sister of Nicci and Baird Morrish and their children Socia and Bay, granddaughter of (Sam) W. H. Hagar and his wife Dorothy, beloved cousin of Steven Wright and Michael Vilkin, beloved niece of Chuck Rinehart and his wife Le, and Sarah's love Christopher Woods.
Sarah was lovingly devoted to her family and always the favorite aunt to her nieces and nephews.
Sarah was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Barbara and C. B. Rinehart and her paternal grandmother Vera Hagar.
Sarah attended Conway Elementary School K-8, graduated from Mount Vernon High School and Skagit Valley College in 1995 and Stanford University in 1997. After graduation from Stanford, Sarah worked in the American Hospital in Cancun, Mexico. A pilot by age 12, her love of flying became not only her profession but was her life long passion. As a corporate jet pilot Sarah flew to many parts of the world and met many wonderful people.
Though Sarah no longer walks with us . . . she will forever soar in our hearts . . .

Sarah and I were good friends. I still fly for Bombardier out of Hartford and I still have great memories of her. It's funny how good memories just never seem to go away.

Tomorrow is your birthday. Happy birthday, my friend. I think of you so often and miss you, and wish I could talk to you. I know that one day we will fly a jet together, just two girls punching holes in the sky. Will I have to fight you for the left seat?

This was one of our Halloween costumes... "Deviled Eggs".... We got 2nd place... PRICELESS...
It's been four years now and not one day goes by that i don't think of Sarah, my Sarah. I will think of her & LOVE her forever. I feel so extremely lucky to have had this beautiful woman & closest friend in my life. She made an impact on me that no one, no one ever has. I say this because of her brilliance, savvy, and most certainly passion to excel and grow by great example. I remember you daily my friend. You gIve a new definition to special. I'm always with you and you are always with me....

Sarah and I grew up very close friends. I couldn't even count the memories that are shared with her. In fact Sarah gave me a gift for my birthday it was a glider ride since she loved it so much she thought I would enjoy it, but I was too scared to try it. Im so sorry for your loss, Sue ellen, Dick, Balisa, Sammy, Nicki & extended family. I truly loved her and will always remeber our days together. I wish we would have kept in contact, but I know I will meet her again one day.

...what Greg Morris said. How can I top that one compadre?
We'll miss you. At least we know that you are up there with good company: Arnaud Brierre, David Hermance, Rudy DeLavergne, Randy Gagne, and all the rest of our lost aerobatic brothers and sisters.
