Ellen, was one of the first people I met, when arriving here in the Norfolk area. She came to my assistance many times. Ellen, was a dear friend, as well as a surrogate mother to me, and a grandmother to my children and grandchildren. We loved her very much. She will be sorely missed by all of my family. The Weisbrodt Family, Jeannette, Melissa, Laurrie-Jean, Rebecca, and Aurorra.
