Sarah Hunnewell Obituary
Sarah is survived by her father Patrick Hunnewell of Durham her two brothers Charles and Douglas Hunnewell of Durham, her longtime companion Brian Sturgis of Gorham, her paternal grandmother Cynthia Hunnewell of Durham, her aunt Darlene and her companion Brian Sabine of Durham her uncle Curt Hunnewell and his wife Leslie of Colorado, and cousins Aida and Paxton Hunnewell of Colorado. She was predeceased by her mother April in 2016 and her grandfather Franklin Hunnewell.

Visitation Crosman Funeral Home Tuesday Dec.19 from 11AM-12PM. Funeral will follow at the funeral home at 12PM. Committal will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of Crosman Funeral Home, Cremation & Monument Services 40 Main St. Lisbon Falls 353-4951.

A kind heart and an inspiration for anyone who knew Sarah. I'm so lucky to have had the pleasure of knowing her. So sorry for her passing. She will be greatly missed. Heaven has gained a glorious angel.

I really am not sure what to say . Sarah was and inspiration to many with her facebook posts . She was wonderful loving generous kind woman. I am so sorry for her loss. My condolences to her dad and brothers Charles and Doug . God speed Sarah till we meet again

What a sad surprise. Sarah was a primary caregiver for my mother through a long and difficult illness and she was always loving, caring and fun.I feel like she became a friend through those times, and she was a good support to me. I especially remember how much she loved christmas and christmas music. I think of her a lot during this season. I send heartfelt wishes to her family and friends.

I am so saddened to read this news today. I was fortunate to have been Sarah's teacher twenty years ago in Durham. I remember her fondly as a friendly, dedicated student. I was honored a while back when she took the time to add me to her friends list on social media. She had a big heart, and I know she will be missed. You were my partner in crime, my best friend, my sister. I wish life didnt seperate us like it did, I regret that it did. Marshwood was the best years of my life, because it had you in them. Who am I going to pick on now during Christmas with my scrooge attitude? Who am I going to share my weird sense of humor and jokes only you get? I love and miss you my hunnybee. Ill never forget everything you did for me and my kids.

I may have never met her in person, but her loving personality was always brightly shining. I never met Sarah only chatted on FB. Days when I was down in our journey on Beachbody she was always there to pick me up, along with hundreds of others giving us inspiration we needed. She was a shining light for many of us. I loved waking up looking forward to seeing her videos. My heart felt condolensces to her family and friends. She will be missed in our world of Beachbody <3

I can't begin to share how sad I am to hear this. My thoughts and prayers go to the family. I knew Sarah from school, Durham Elementary. She was always kind to me at a hard time in my life. We'd kept up through Facebook and I know she was working hard to better her life. She will be sorely missed.

My family and I knew Sarah well when she worked at Marshwood. She was one of the "2 Sarahs" who took such good care of my father there. Sarah was always smiling, always gentle and always looking for ways to make Dad comfortable and happy. He enjoyed her company and had a much better life because of her care. Rest in peace sweetheart.

I am beyond saddened to hear of Sarah's passing. I have known her since she came to kindergarten at Durham Elementary. She was a beloved CNA at Marshwood when both my in-laws were there and she was deeply loved by them and all the residents. Her kind heart and soul touched many and she will be missed by all of us.
