Sarah Dinah Markman

I remember Sarah and Robb from the Boylan Heights and Hillsbourgh Street days of the early 70’s. I also knew them briefly in New York in the early 80’s when they would visit on business. Sarah will always be remembered for her friendliness to everyone that came into her sphere. She always drove around in that old black Plymouth with the two dogs hanging out the windows. Thank you for such a lovingly written tribute to Sarah's life. I was privileged to meet and come to love Sarah back in the mid-70's. I treasure her compassion for me during a difficult time in my life. I also treasure the one silver bracelet that she made for me. I met Sarah as a senior in high school and we both went to NC State Design School, twice living in appartments beside each other.She was my best friend at the time and over the years as our lives took us to other places and brought us back together again brief over all these years.
