Not sure what to say?

Dear Barb,

Thank you so much for sharing this with me. I pray for the repose of your mother's soul and may Almighty God continue to bless you and your family abundantly!

In Christ,

Steve,Robbie & McKay family members,
Sorry to hear of your mothers passing. Sorry we couldn't have expressed them in person.

To Barb and the whole McKay family. Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with all of you. You are such a close family and may you all find the strength and support from each other during this difficult time. Remember and cherish the good times. I remember the birds and the squirls that she enjoyed to watch out her window. Your mom was a friend to all who knew her. Sincerely, Cyndee and Carl Baker

Granda Bill, We are sad because GreatGrandma Sally has passed away. We are sorry we did not know her, but we know she was a wonderful person. Forrest, Connor and Emily

My thoughts and prayers are with Sally's family. I knew her many years ago at Brookhaven Apartments in Gurnee, I am still managing the complex and have many fond memories of her. She always called herself a "good ole' Gal!" and that she was. God Bless.

Dear Cousins,

You are all in my thoughts and prayers.Your mom was the genuine article. My favorite Sally saying is "Don't you be comin' with your arms the one length!" And we all know what that meant, right? Such a funny, bright lady. Love to you all.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

Bill, Barb, Steve, Allyson, Jane & Chuck:
Your mom was a wise 'ol girl, she knew her politics, medical care, cooking and she loved her music. I learned a lot from her and will miss her dearly. God Bless you Sally/Gally and rest in peace my friend.
