Sarah was born on February 15, 1923 and passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016. Sarah was a resident of Boonsboro, Maryland at the time of her passing. She was married to Howard Sr. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00am on Wednesday April 13 2016 at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel 1601 Pennsylvania Ave. Hagerstown with the Rev. Michael Henning officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery.Friends and family will be received from 7-9pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
