SARAH ELOISE SINGER SHAVOR, 97, of Proctorville, Ohio, died November 22 in Heritage Center, Huntington. There will be a graveside service 1 p.m. Sunday, Miller (Ohio) Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family with arrangements.
