Taylor Funeral & Cremation Care - Staples Obituary

Sarah E. Toews, age 32 of Browerville.

Passed away on July 1, 2015. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm-8:00pm Tuesday, July 7, 2015 with a Memorial Service at 7:00pm at the Taylor Funeral Home, Staples.

Sarah had a deep love for her family, friends, and her music. She was a talented musician and enjoyed playing the piano and the viola. She played in both the Heartland Symphony Orchestra and the Long Prairie Chamber Orchestra where she was the music Librarian.
Sarah enjoyed each moment she spent with her nieces and nephew. She shared the gift of music with her nieces by giving them piano lessons.

Sarah was a tremendous worker with dedication to both of her jobs. She was a valued employee at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Long Prairie and Neils Service Center in Eagle Bend.

Sarah will be deeply missed by her parents, Robert and Gloria of Staples; brother, Robert Jr. (Sonja) Toews of Browerville; sister, Alicia (Randy) Cebulla of Pierz; nieces and nephews, Lauren and Isabel Toews, and Nolan and baby "D" Cebulla; grandparents, Edwin and Melvina Toews of New York Mills; and special friend, Colin Hoefs, of Browerville.

Sarah is preceded in death by her grandparents, Tony and Fran Rousslang.

Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathy to Sarah's family and loved ones. Sarah was one of the kindest and most thoughtful students I had the pleasure of having as a student. Her smile and spirit are unforgettable. May happy memories and God's peace comfort all of you.

Bob and family:

Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.

I really wish there was something that I could say to make things better. Even having been trained in grief counseling I now know that when it really comes down to it......there's nothing that can be said but I'm soooooo sorry. I really really wish there was more that I could do.

Dear Toews Family,
It is so sad for all of us to hear of the sudden loss of your daughter and sister. My prayers of comfort are for all of those left behind. I hope you have many wonderful memories of Sarah and your lives together.

Please accept my deepest sympathy to your whole family for your loss. I remember having Sarah as a student. She was very sweet.
