Sarkis was like a family member to the Adjamis. I admired his friendship with Sebouh and they were quite inseparable, like brothers. He spent time in our home, telling stories, eating and drinking turkish coffee. I worked in Sebouh's salon as a young teenager and Sarkis was a beacon of light, humor and compassion.
