Not sure what to say?

I have lit a candle for you, Sasha. My condolences to all the family - Gabriel, Shaina, Jason.

I remember Shaina and Sasha fondly as two precocious, and lively little girls who had their gruff Dad - Stanford, wrapped around their fingers. Sasha's bright blue eyes exhibited the love of life - which she has definitely shown in her adult life.

My kids remember her fondly, especially my son Alex - who was her shadow as a young boy of 4 years old when she was a teenager. ...

Shaina & Gabby, my heart is broken for your loss and the loss of the great light that Sasha was.

We knew Sasha as she grew up, Shaina and her dad Stanford would come up to spend summers at Gabberts Camp. Sasha was special to all of us, we considered her (and shaina as well) as family.
Sasha looked out for us all, my mom said Sasha always took my side when i was having problems with Paul.
She was a ray of sunshine, a caring, loving, nurturing, ray of sunshine.
She will be missed.

I was lucky to be able to know Sasha, Shaina and Stanford while they enjoyed their summers in Alaska. Every summer was fun because of these three wonderful people. Sasha was the best because she would wake me up every morning with coffee so I wouldnt sleep in and get in trouble with Paul. She always looked out for me. I will miss Sasha for her wonderful eyes and great voice... I may not have had the pleasure to be with Sasha as of recently but she has and always will be in my heart and memories.

An absolutely beautiful person. Everything was a little lighter when working with her. Sasha, your fearlessness, humor and contagious smile will be greatly missed my friend.

Sasha- We only worked together briefly but in a sometimes intense setting. I miss your smile; your laugh; and your boundless enthusiasm. Things were brighter with you around.

Sasha your beautiful eyes looked for the good in others and your beautiful lips spoke only words of kindness.
You gave so much of yourself to benefit others, myself included.

You are, as I would call you 'Gods most beautiful creature.'

The words of our song will remind us.

Rest beautiful.

I had the honor of serving with Sasha's medical team in Aceh in the devastation of the tsunami that killed over 130,000. Sasha was so full of life. She brought love, laughter, and dedication to what ever she took on. And she took on plenty. Children adored her everywhere she went as director of nursing. Still all I see is her smile and the compassion in her eyes; still am I comforted by the echoes of her soothing deep voice. She was epic, mythical, and a lovely comrade at peace and...

If Sasha, Shaina and I weren't laughing, making faces, skating on the pond, or planning our next move, we were wondering what each other was doing. The best of friends growing up in Montana, I'll never forget Sasha's "premature whiskey voice" as coined by my father. So disturbingly beautiful and powerful. She was so unique. I miss her so much.

I've been very lucky to be part of the Poll family. Gabby, Shaina, Jason, and everyone else who knew Sasha, all the best to you and yours.
