Not sure what to say?

I selected Baylor College of Medicine after establishing a correspondence woth Tev from Washington Staet where I was doing a Master's Degree in Virology. I worked on Friend Leukemia virus, and I knew that Tev worked on murine Leukemia viruses. We hit it off very well, and he invited me and my wife, Nancy, to join him at Tufts when he left BCM. Having only been at Baylor for a few months we declined, but Tev became a dear friend and correspondent with me for most of my career. I received calls...

Tev, You were my mentor at an important time in my life, when I was choosing a career path in Virology, and I valued your input, your phone calls and your advice. I was so happy be able to participate in your retirement celebration, and to have you as a friend and advisor. RIP Tev.

Judy, Natalie, and Sarita,

Little did I know where I was at the time, I look back with fondness and great respect for what you two built. And I...

I met him while working for Penn State College of Medicine and know he was highly respected among staff and faculty. I am saddened by his death, but his legacy will live on. Rest in peace Tev..

Outstanding guy and a true force of nature. We played tennis and poker, drank beer and argued. A great virologist and person.
