Saul Cooper

There is a huge network of folks like me who were mentored by Saul who in no small part gave us the direction which enabled us to be doing what we are doing today.
I think about those early days in CMH around 1970 when Saul came to Ann Arbor and we were in the City Center Building and a store front a couple of blocks away, and we were seeing anyone who walked through the door, no insurance, whatever.
Those were also the days when not only bicycles but dogs came...

Saul gave me opportunities that I am so thankful I seized. His influence upon my life is all encompassing. Peace to you, Anne.

You will be missed because you lived your life with the focus on those who needed services delivered by the public sector and by those who worked with you.

Anne I want to share my sadness in hearing of Saul's passing. Saul was a very imprtant influence in my life and I will miss knowing he is around. All my best. Mike
