Not sure what to say?

I had many conversations with Dr. Feinberg at Lincoln high. He has been a great influence on me throughout my life.

Saul and my father were good friends and colleagues for many years. Saul taught at Lincoln and my father at Marple Newtown. Going through my father's papers and photos, there were so many photos of us all together for dinners and cookouts, and some wonderful letter exchanges between the two of them. I remember our family get-togethers with such good feeling, especially since my father was very introverted for much of his life and his friends were few and rare. The fact that he loved Saul so...

Thinking of you all and wishing you the deepest sympathies.

I'll always remember "Doc" with such profound warmth. He was a wonderful influence on me at a very crucial age while at Lincoln, and I will always remember our frequent lunch sessions where we would chat philosophically about anything and everything. He showed me how kindness, humor, humility, and a love of music were so important in life - something I carry with me to this day. His encouragement toward my artistic pursuits provided me with the confidence to leap fearlessly toward that next...

Saul was my music teacher at Lincoln High School, and he was the reason why I became a Philadelphia music teacher. I modelled my methods after his style of teaching, and used his "Blueprints for Musical Understanding" in all of my upper grade classes. Aside from being a great teacher and role model, he was an excellent pianist. I still remember him playing Rachmaninoff's Prelude in G minor in class. And having the class sing "Wonderful Copenhagen" and "It's a Big, Wide, Wonderful World." I...

Dr. Feinberg truly was the best at Lincoln. He was very caring and loved teaching and caring for the students. He and I would talk every morning and he never pushed but helped guide his students. He always had a smile and made spending time in class and the early morning Choral practices worth every minute.

I remember when Dr Feinberg's received his doctorate. He was working on it the years I had him as a teacher at Lincoln High School. I remember we, his students being proud of his accomplishment, and of course, being teens, teased him about it. Doooooctor Feinberg I'm not feeling well, can you help me? LOL. His music classes were the highlight of my day and It's been over 50 years since those days and I still have fond memories and still use the music theory that he taught me.

Dr. Feinberg was my music teacher at Lincoln High School. He was fun and full of enthusiasm. I loved going to my music classes. He always had a smile!

He was my music teacher. I very kind man.
