SAVANNAH ROSE ASHLEY

  08/30/2000 – 5/1/2021

Our Baby passed to be with the Lord at 12:05 am on Mayday 2021.

She will be truly missed by anyone that ever knew her.

Savannah was diagnosed with BPDCN (Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Neoplasm) a very rare form of cancer in October of 2020.

She spent most of the rest of her time with endless clinic and hospital visits.

Savannah received a bone marrow transplant on January 28, 2021.

She was supposed to stay near the hospital for the next 100 days and then be able to return home. Instead, she developed Graft versus Host Disease and her Doctors were unable to control it.

So instead of being able to return home to us, she went home to the Lord just 7 days prior to the 100-day goal set at transplant.

We are having her Funeral on May 8, 2021, the 100th day since transplant.

Savannah had her Father, Fred Ashley and her Mother Terra Ashley and her Boyfriend Edwin Subias at her side at the time of her passing.

Savannah was born in Prosser, WA.

Growing up Savannah lived in Grandview, WA., where her Grandfather Allen Ashley, owns a cherry farm. This was Savannah’s favorite place to be and she would visit there whenever she could.

She also lived in Zillah, WA., Madras, OR., Everson, WA., Lynden, WA. and her final 4 and half years in Mount Vernon WA. Where she graduated from high school in 2019.

She is survived by her Parents, Fred and Terra Ashley, 2 brothers, Faijon Martin and Mo Martin and 5 sisters, Fantasia Martin, Myisha Martin, Sierra Ashley, Shannon Ashley. Nieces Kyla, Ava and Sophia Martin and Nevaeh Bobadilla.  Nephews Isaiah Rios and Carter Martin.

She is also survived by several Grandparents and uncles and aunts.
