Not sure what to say?

TAMMY & JACOB,
WHAT A GREAT PLEASURE IT WAS TO WORK WITH "OUR SPIVY"/(SPEEVY). WORDS CAN NOT DESCRIBE WHAT BRILLIANT PHYSICIAN HE WAS AND A JOY IT WAS JUST TO SEE HIM WALK IN THE ROOM TO DO AN EPIDURAL. I ALWAYS KNEW I COULD DEPEND ON HIM NO MATTER WHAT" HE WAS ALWAYS AVAIALABLE OR GOT US HELP". HE TAUGHT ALL OF US TO CALL FOR HELP AT TIMES WHEN WE FELT LIKE WE WERE SINKING AND PULLED OUR HEADS UP SOMETIMES WHEN WE WERE. SIMPLY SAID HE TRULY CARED ABOUT HIS CO-WORKERS AND MOST OF ALL...

Tammy,
My thoughts are with you and your precious family. Please know that I and all of your friends at Daniel & Yeager are thinking of you and Jacob during this very difficult time.

Tammy and Jacob,
Your friends at Green Pond Baptist Church want to assure you of our love and prayers during this time of loss. Even though we cannot understand all of God's ways, we have to trust that He has a plan that is above our thoughts or understanding. We pray for peace and comfort that only God can give.

I'm glad to have worked with Dr Spivak. He was energetic and fun...I will miss that energy and enthusiasm. Prayers and deepest sympathy to his family.

Dr. Spivak (aka:Speedy) was one of the nicest guys to work with..He was a buddy of mine who always spoke and when he had time would stop for a quick chat..I had a wonderful last chat with him on Tuesday Aug. 2nd and will never forget it or him..He will be greatly missed..My thoughts and prayers are with his whole family including his adorable son, Jacob. God Bless!

Dr. Spivak was an excellent anesthesiologist and had a great sense of humor. He will be missed by all of us in Labor & Delivery. Our prayers are with his family.
