Dear Peggy and family (TIM),
I just found out from my mother about Scott. I am so sorry and would like you to know that he touched my life while I was in your lives way back. His love for dogs will always remain in my heart. God bless all of you during this time.

Dear Peggy & family:
We heard late. Nelson and I send our most deepest regrets. Nelson still not believing it. Scotty was a beautiful person, with a big heart. The world and community has lost a very important person. Please feel a big strong hug from us. Although far you are in our hearts. We'll never forget him. God Bless you. Live with your fondest memories.

As a former Assistant D.A., I had the privilege of working with Scotty Barber. I recall that he cared for Holyoke. He was always upbeat and it was a pleasure to work with him.

I met Scott Barber in the hot month of July 1964, Parris Island S.C.Plt 266.He was a Marines Marine.

"The test of the heart is trouble and it always comes with years. The smile that is worth the praises of the earth is the smile that shines through the tears."
- Irish Proverb

Today we see smiles through tears.
Godspeed Scotty,

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

My deepest sympathies in this time of sorrow. I'm very sorry for your loss.

Peggy and Family,
We were very saddened to hear about Scotty. He was a great guy, always made us laugh. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you.
