I often think about Scott - he was the smartest Soldier I ever knew with a great sense of humor. I feel honored to have served with him.

It has been a while since Scott passed, but I still think of him often. He was my best friend in High School and the experiences we shared were very special.

Scott was my dear friend in High School and my fraternity big brother in college. He provided me with such wisdom over my life. I think about him often and still tell stories about "Bear". It is hard to believe that he has been gone for so long - seems like only yesterday I stopped in to see him on one of my TDY trips.

So sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one is so hard. I know the great memories helps one to go on.

Bear, miss you from a distance. I remember the 4 am call when I worked at Florida Tech and you asked what I was doing in the office and I said what are you doing calling me at this time! Or, the photo you sent while deployed overseas sitting in front of a huge meal smiling like only you could. Bear, you were the best and thanks for the many memories.

Dear Linda and Family,
I was saddened to hear the news of Scott's passing. Words fail me at times like this. I was glad over the years that Scott and I kept in touch and although we saw each other only infrequently, each visit was a treat for me. Scott had one of the best brains of our generation and we were lucky to rub shoulders with him from time to time. Please accept my sincere condolences and know that you are in our thoughts.

Dear Linda and Family,
I was very sorry to hear of Scott's passing. As one of his classmates from the Army War College please accept our deepest condolences and know that you are in our prayers. May the Good Lord bless and keep you.

Linda, I am so sorry to hear of Scott's passing. Like Joyce in my mind's eye we are still that bunch of kids in high school. I have fond memories of Scott. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
