I began working with Scott in Dec. 1992 when I was assigned to the Mid Watch at the police dept. Scott was easy to get to know and alot of fun to be around. I was saddened at the news of his death and will always remember him.

I knew Scott as Officer Blaser. He was the police officer that was assigned to my school - Houston County Career and Technology Center. He was a great man, and he was so great to all of us in high school. He will be greatly missed, such a wonderful person!

I used to dispatch for Scott a few years ago when he was WRPD 321. I was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing.
